Who we are

Strathum provides bookkeeping, job-cost visibility and fractional CFO advisory for CNC and precision machining shops. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

Shop Financial Snapshot form: your name, shop name, work email, and optionally your phone number, state, revenue range, current bookkeeping setup, the service you are interested in, and any message you add.
Financial Health Checklist: your email address.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and schedule your Shop Financial Snapshot call.
To send you the checklist you requested.
To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Service providers

Form processing: form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which processes the data on our behalf.
Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when the fonts load.
Hosting: our hosting provider stores standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Keeping your data safe

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, uses strict browser security policies, and collects the minimum information needed to respond to you. Your financial records are only ever shared with us once you become a client, under a separate engagement agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
